FFC PRESENTS
Joe: Welcome FFC fans to Bloody Valentine 2008! We've got a tremendous night of wrestling action in store for you tonight, joining me in the commentary booth, back from his vacation is Sean Scott.
Sean: It's great to be back in the broadcast booth FFC fans, what did I miss last week Joe?
Joe: Well the Phantom O' the FFC made an appearance.
Sean: Oh really?
Joe: Know anything about that?
Sean: Why would I? I was on vacation!
Joe: Of course you were...
Sean: Anyway, let's run down tonight's card.
Joe: Well we've got the famous Bloody Valentine Mixed Tag Team Tournament, 8 teams are ready to square off, with the winning team getting their choice of a World Tag Team Title shot, or a World and Intercontinental Title Shot to be split up amongst the two members.
Sean: That's a lucrative prize indeed. But that's not the only prize at stake, all the gold in the FFC is on the line tonight, including our huge Main Event as the reigning FFC World Champion, Kazuma takes on the #1 Contender, Cheg!
Joe: That promises to be an awesome matchup. Finally, we'll see the climax of a big grudge that's been building between Anna and Amelia, as they'll face off with the Called World Title Shot that Amelia won at last year's Firecup tournament up for grabs!
Sean: I can't believe what Amelia did to Anna on last night's lead in show, shaving her head! If I were to get her in the ring I'd....
Joe: You'd get your ass kicked.
Sean: *Sigh* Probably. But sometimes a guy has to fight for what he believes in!
Joe: Perhaps you could enlist the aid of the Phantom O' the FFC. I hear you two are close.
Sean: Why do you keep bringing up the Phantom! I have no idea what you're talking about!!!
Joe: Whatever. Anyway, we've got the barbed wire and lightbulbs set up for our first contest, and Hell's Angel is in the ring. Any idea who he's supposed to fight?
Sean: I have no idea actually, I just have a card here that says "Carnage Division Title Match, Hell's Angel vs To Be Announced"
(Cut to backstage where President Royzoom is seen wandering around looking perturbed)
Royzoom: Geez, this is ridiculous, nobody wants to fight Hell's Angel, I gotta find an opponent for him quick before the crowd starts to riot!
(Royzoom comes across Rainbow Jim who is sitting around having a cup of coffee. He's bandaged heavily and having trouble keeping himself standing straight)
Royzoom: Hey you, how'd you like a title shot?
R. Jim: Hell yeah! You must have seen how I whooped all the chumps that the FFC has thrown at me! Bout time I get some recognition!
Royzoom: Yeah right, whatever.... get out to the ring, you're on!
(Rainbow Jim hobbles out of the camera shot and on to the ring)
Joe: Oh gawd.....
Sean: You don't think Rainbow Jim was the one who attacked Hell's Angel during that match he had last night?
Joe: I don't think Rainbow Jim is intelligent or ballsy enough to attack anyone from behind, much less someone like Hell's Angel
MATCH #1: FFC CARNAGE DIVISION TITLE MATCH - HELL'S ANGEL (CHAMPION) VS RAINBOW JIM (CHALLENGER)
RESULT: Hell's Angel def. Rainbow Jim at 13:58 via TKO (Hell's Angel retains the Carnage Division Title) ....
Joe: Well Rainbow Jim continues to get slaughtered on a regular basis.
Sean: You'd think somebody in the booking committee had a grudge against the guy or something.
Joe: Did you see how Hell's Angel launched the poor guy over the top rope PAST the barbed wire at the end? That was sick!
Sean: They'd better scrape him off the floor, we've got more matches after this one!
Joe: That's right, we've got real athletes coming up next, the Middleweight Title is up for grabs!
Sean: Maelstrom has captured the Middleweight Title very early in his FFC career, and has also built up quite a rivalry with fellow FFC newcomer Mahavir Ali. The two had a fantastic match a few weeks ago on Monday Night Fights, so it was a natural for them to have a rematch here except THIS time, the gold will be up for grabs!
MATCH #2: FFC MIDDLEWEIGHT TITLE MATCH - MAELSTROM (CHAMPION) VS MAHAVIR ALI (CHALLENGER)
RESULT: Mahavir Ali def. Maelstrom at 20:00 via pinfall following a top rope Tiger Suplex (NEW FFC Middleweight Champion: Mahavir Ali)
Joe: Holy smokes what an amazing match, these fans are on their feet!
(THAT WAS AWESOME clap clap clapclapclap THAT WAS AWESOME clap clap clapclapclap)
Sean: Mahavir Ali had an advantage for a lot of the match, but Maelstrom just refused to go down, it took some seriously heavy artillery in the form of that Tiger Suplex off the top that would have put just about anyone away to take him out.
Joe: And we've got our first title change of the night!
Sean: Mahavir Ali is making a serious impact and has to be considered an early contender for the Rookie of the Year Award, but that's not all we're going to see of him tonight, is it?
Joe: Indeed it's not, he won last week's Anna Invitational Battle Royal and he'll be joining her in the Bloody Valentine Tournament. Did this match take too much out of him?
Sean: Possibly, but one thing is for certain, he's got a damn fine partner to work with in the tournament!
(Mr. Z is seen walking backstage, he bumps into Marissa Storm)
Z: Well well well... if it isn't "Mrs." Storm. Heh heh heh!
Marissa: I don't know what you did to corrupt Brian, but....
Z: Whoa whoa whoa... I didn't do ANYTHING to "corrupt" him as you put it. He finally came to his senses and saw the light!
Marissa: Ridiculous, the Brian I know would NEVER stoop to what he's been doing since he started hanging out with you, but I'm going to make sure you pay tonight!
Z: Oh really? Well who pray tell do you even have as a partner?
Marissa: You'll find out...
(Marissa smirks and walks off)
Joe: Marissa Storm and Mr. Z exchanging some heated words, she obviously feels that Mr. Z is responsible for turning Brian Storm over to the dark side!
Sean: Mr. Z and his partner Natalyn Steele are on their way to the ring now.....
Joe: Here comes Marissa Storm, she stops halfway down to the ring, she's waving someone through WHOA!
Sean: It's Dusk!
Joe: Dusk hasn't been seen since Mr. Z and Brian Storm put him on the shelf at Champion's Road!
Sean: What a shocker... Mr. Z looks irate!
MATCH #3: BLOODY VALENTINE TOURNAMENT FIRST ROUND MATCH - MR. Z AND NATALYN STEELE VS DUSK AND MARISSA STORM
Mr. Z was shocked by the reemergence of Dusk to say the least. Mr. Z landed some knee strikes right away, then took Dusk down with a Dragon Screw and stomped on his balls. Dusk responded with a arm whip then threw Mr. Z halfway across the ring. Mr. Z scrambled up and tagged in Natalyn. Natalyn managed to hold her own against the big man, who tagged Marissa in. Dusk and Marissa nailed Natalyn with a series of strikes, ending in a big kick from Marissa. Natalyn came back with an uppercut, only to eat another spin kick. Marissa then tied her to the tree of woe and laid in with some knee strikes. Natalyn tagged Mr. Z back in who also ate some knee strikes from Marissa, who was a house of fire. She then suplexed Mr. Z, sending him straight to the floor! When he got back in, Marissa rolled him up in a hurricanrana, but Natalyn broke up the pin then they landed a 3D on Marissa. Mr. Z capitalized and hit Marissa with the Perfect Plex, but Dusk broke up the pin. Mr. Z now had some momentum going, and he drilled Marissa with the ZKO! Dusk was once again able to stop what would have been a sure pinfall. Marissa tagged Dusk back in who nailed Mr. Z with the Fall of Dusk for a near fall! Mr. Z hit a Dragon Screw, but Dusk was back up and hit a big hook. Mr. Z landed a back brain kick, then shot Dusk into the corner and hit a huge knee to the jaw. Dusk got back up and hit an Iron Claw Slam, holding on and trying for a submission! Natalyn broke up the hold and nailed Dusk, stunning the big man and enabling Mr. Z to hit a neckbreaker from behind. Dusk landed another Iron Claw Slam and followed up with a suplex, but Mr. Z came back and hit a tombstone, then picked Dusk up and hit the ZKO deep in his own corner! He went for the pin, but Dusk shockingly kicked out! Mr. Z was shocked, Dusk capitalized and hit the Fall of Dusk again, but Natalyn was able to break up the fall. Mr. Z tagged Natalyn in, and she blinded Dusk with a weird green mist! She then nailed Dusk with an amazing Widow's Peak and slapped on an England Stretch, and Dusk was forced to submit at 20:14 before Marissa could make the save!
Winners: Mr. Z and Natalyn Steel (Advance to Semifinals)
Joe: Mr. Z overcomes a setback by the returning Dusker, and his team advances to the semifinals of the tournament!
Sean: That Natalyn Steele is quite a dangerous lady, she showed some amazing power by hitting Dusk with that Widow's peak, and she managed to get him to submit too!
MATCH #4: BLOODY VALENTINE FIRST ROUND MATCH - J-FORCE AND JESSICA RAYMA VS FLAMING FLYER AND "GORGEOUS" GARY GOLDEN
If the fans were shocked for the return of Marissa Storm and Dusk, you can just imagine how they felt about the return of Flaming Flyer's uh... “Partner” The BBC was back and ready for action! J-Force didn't know quite what to make of it either. Jessica didn't really see what the big deal was, but then again, she never had to wrestle these guys. J-Force hit a kick to start things off, Flyer took him down with an arm drag and shot him into the corner. J-Force came out swinging, hitting a chop and taking Flyer down with a Belly to Belly Suplex. Flyer tagged in Golden, and the BBC rocked J-Force with a double dropkick. Golden hit a DDT on J-Force who tagged in Jessica, landing a kick to Golden on his way out. Jessica hit Golden with a chop and went for a kick, which was blocked. She went for a piledriver, which was blocked as well. Golden slammed Jessica and hit a series of stomps. Jessica came back with a chop and a kick to the back of the head. Golden hit a Koppo kick and went for a pin, but Jessica escaped easily and landed a couple kicks. She went for the JOCS, but Golden quickly reversed it. Golden came back and hit a flying cross chop, tagging Flyer back in. They went for a double team, but Jessica kicked them both off. She tagged in J-Force, who wasn't exactly thrilled to face off with the Flyer again. J-Force landed a quick jab, but the Flyer turned and shot him into the corner and nailed him with his butt! He then nailed the Flyer Driver, devastating J-Force both physically and emotionally! J-Force got back up, only to be hit with another ass bump. Flyer then started either choking or humping J-Force (perhaps both) J-Force, naturally frazzled, tagged Jessica back in. Jessica was a house of fire, and hit a flying lariat, then slammed Flyer down and tried for a chokeout. Flyer escaped and caught her in the Flyer Driver! Fortunately, it only had as much effect for her as a normal piledriver. She got back up and hit a piledriver of her own, then took Flyer down with an inverted DDT. Flyer hit a snap suplex and tagged Golden back into the match, hitting a double drop kick on Jessica before he left. Golden tried to make Jessica submit to an STF, but she fought her way out of the hold. She connected on the JOCS, but unfortunately, landed in the ropes. Golden nailed Jessica with a butt bump and covered her for a count of two. He then fired up the crowd and slapped on the STF, this time Jessica had nowhere to go and submitted at 19:01.
Winners: Flaming Flyer and “Gorgeous” Gary Golden
Joe: An upset here as the BBC manages to knock off Team New Hero!
Sean: Jessica had to do most of the work, since J-Force obviously didn't want to get in the ring much, so obviously the BBC's plan worked!
Joe: Up next, we've got an interesting matchup, Amelia and Jerome Harris will be taking on Reiko Tajima and her partner, Lu Bufu.
Sean: Reiko was determine to compete in this match even after suffering a horrific bump at the hands of Brian Storm last week. Lu Bufu for some reason jumped at the chance to team with her. IIIII SMEEEEEEEEEEEELL CRUUUUUUUUUSH!
Joe: Don't ever do that again. Harris and Amelia have to be considered an odds on favorite to win this, just based on their sheer power and dominance. They're two of the scariest individuals walking the face of this planet.
Sean: Right, and they kind of make a cute couple based off of that fact.
MATCH #5: BLOODY VALENTINE TOURNAMENT FIRST ROUND MATCH - JEROME HARRIS AND AMELIA MORGANSTEIN VS "THE MONGOLIAN MONSTER" LU BUFU AND REIKO TAJIMA
Reiko was severely outsized in this match, and not only that, she was wrestling against doctor's orders after the vicious knockout she suffered on MNF. Fortunately, she didn't have to start things off, as Harris and Bufu began the bout. The Hoss factor was off the scale in this one as Bufu landed a big hammer blow to open things off. Harris then rammed him into the corner and stomped a mudhole in him. Harris then hit a slam, followed by a press slam! He kept up the attack with a kick to the jimmies, Bufu tagged in Reiko and they hit Harris with a double lariat. Harris slammed Reiko down and kicked her right in the gut. Reiko fired back with a flurry of kicks and a cross chop. She then nailed the big man with a Pumphandle Driver! Harris was stunned by Reiko's show of power, and tagged in Amelia, and they dropped Reiko right on her weakened neck with a spike piledriver. She tried to blast Reiko with a fireball, but Reiko avoided it and kicked Amelia in the face. Harris came in out of nowhere and speared Reiko. She managed to escape the opposing corner and tag Lu Bufu back in, who came charging across the ring with a lariat, but missed. He connected on a series of headbutts though and went for a hard punch, with Amelia blocked and responded with Vader Hammers and the Bloody Cyclone! Lu Bufu amazingly stood right back up from it! He came out punching and went for a pin, Amelia kicked out at two. Harris landed some punches on the giant, and Amelia hit him with a Final Cut. Bufu tagged Reiko back in, and she connected on the Tajima Driver, but Amelia kicked out just before the 3 count! Harris came in for another spike piledriver, but Reiko amazingly came back and hit ANOTHER Tajima Driver, but still couldn't put Amelia down! Harris came into the ring and HE ate a Tajima Driver too! Amelia made the tag to Harris, but Reiko drilled him with a series of vicious kicks! She went for a moonsault, but Harris rolled out of the way. Harris then dropped Reiko on her neck with a Muscle Buster, then went to the outside where he grabbed a barbed wire bat and nailed her with it! Harris hit some punches, then dragged Reiko to the center, having no idea at this point what it would take to finish off Reiko! He drilled her with the Fourth Down Driver, but Reiko managed to get to the ropes! She struggled back to her feet and nailed an Unprettier on Harris then kicked him right in the face! Harris came back up and threw Reiko into his corner and drilled her with a Jumping Powerbomb, FINALLY putting her down for the 3 count at 21:27.
Winners: Jerome Harris and Amelia Morganstein (Advance to Semifinals)
Joe: That was a brutal battle, Reiko Tajima has the heart of a lion, taking a LOT of damage out there and nearly pulling out the victory for her team.
Sean: If she had tagged in Lu Bufu towards the end there, they probably would have won, Reiko was in a zone out there and was doing tons of damage, but eventually she just couldn't take anymore punishment!
Joe: I think you put it right, she was in a zone out there, she might not have even remembered she had a partner!
Sean: Either that or her brain was scrambled from falling headfirst on the concrete after her match with Brian Storm last week...
Joe: Up next we've got our final first round match, Mahavir Ali and Anna team up with the Jackson siblings, Steve and Kristina.
Sean: Kristina making a special visit from PWS to team with her brother, who really wanted to be in this tournament, came up short in the Anna Invitiational, and kinda got goaded into inviting his sister to compete by J-Force.
MATCH #6: BLOODY VALENTINE FIRST ROUND MATCH - MAHAVIR ALI AND ANNA VS STEVE JACKSON AND KRISTINA JACKSON
This would be a true wild card match of the four. Anna and Ali had never teamed up before, and the two Jackson siblings had never exactly seen eye to eye, even having a match at Worlds Collide last year. Kristina seemed a bit more cheerful than usual, smiling as she flipped off the crowd for once. No doubt she'd be using this match to stay in shape for the upcoming PWS Trios Tournament she was a part of. Anna came out with a wig, which although managed to match her original hairstyle very well, she seemed incredibly nervous and distracted as she headed down. Steve and Ali started this match off, just as they had finished off the Anna Invitational a few nights ago on MNF. Ali used his speed to keep Steve off guard. Steve tagged in Kristina who was taken down with a quick arm drag. She responded like she normally does, by punching Ali in the head. Ali tagged in Anna, who took Kristina down with a series of technical moves. She then nailed Kristina with a back brain kick. Kristina was dazed and nailed with another spin kick and an enzuigiri. Kristina tagged her brother back in, and Anna took him down with an enzuigiri, then nailed him with a flying cross chop. Steve got back up and hit some chops in the corner, followed by a neckbreaker. Anna fired back with more kicks. He then dumped Anna on her head with a Karelin Lift. Anna tagged in Ali who hit a shoulderbreaker on Steve. Steve shot Ali into the ropes and hit a belly to belly suplex. Ali fired back with a DDT and a Frankensteiner, nearly scoring the 3 count on Steve. All four fighters got into the action. Steve hit another Karelin Lift and tagged his sister back in, who stomped on Ali's groin and tried to choke him out. Anna came in to break up the hold and they nailed Kristina with TOTAL ELIMINATION twice in a row! Kristina took Ali down with landed some of her infamous mounted punches. Ali escaped the punches and landed a headscissor, only to get nailed with a jawbreaker. Ali fired back with THE CALCUTTER, and scored the 3 count at 18:11.
Winners: Mahavir Ali and Anna (Advance to Semifinals)
Joe: Good matchup there, Anna and Ali advance to the semis!
Sean: They seem to work very well together, but now they've got the dangerous team of Amelia and Jerome Harris in the next round!
Joe: You know damn well Anna is going to want to get her hands on Amelia after how she was humiliated last night! Although I'm very happy she managed to find a wig that not only matched her hairstyle, but managed to stay on her head the entire match!
Sean: Kristina seems very upset, she's practically in tears following that loss... I've never really seen her act this way before. She's usually a lot more...
Joe: Pissed off and violent?
Sean: Exactly.
Joe: Steve is trying to console his sister, and she just shoves him aside!
Sean: Very weird.... she's crying all the way back to the dressing room. Steve looks puzzled and confused.... What the hell's wrong with Kristina?
